Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich


Today's recipe is SO easy! I don't know what has gotten into me lately, but I've been craving a good savory breakfast. Normally, all I want is pancakes--(Don't worry, I have a solution for that, too ;) ), but if you love a good breakfast sandwich, try this :) Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich 1 Breakfast muffin (I like Fiber One brand) 1 Morningstar Sausage Patty 1 Laughing Cow Garden Vegetable Cheese Wedge 1-2 Egg whites (or 1 whole egg) Salt and Pepper to taste Throw all these ingredients onto your muffin, and give McDonald's breakfast a run for their money!! ;)


















1 Breakfast muffin (I like Fiber One brand)
1 Morningstar Sausage Patty
1 Laughing Cow Garden Vegetable Cheese Wedge
1-2 Egg whites (or 1 whole egg)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Throw all these ingredients onto your muffin, and give McDonald's breakfast a run for their money!! ;)
